MSR India has recently launched their SMS toolkit which enables anyone with a PC and a Windows Mobile Phone to run their own SMS Server.

To run the SMS SDK, you’ll need:
* a windows mobile 5 based phone
* a PC running Windows XP or Vista
* a USB cable to connect your phone to your PC
